KC Patient Tracker

The Knowledge Center Patient Tracking application is used by field emergency services personnel to collect patient information and vital health parameters to effectively triage and evacuate those involved in a mass casualty situation. Information collected is transmitted to a centralized Knowledge Center server which alerts hospital facilities of incoming casualties.
