FileKicker

Update. Since the latest Kik update on Sept3/2013, the old API no longer works and so neither does sending files over Kik with FileKicker. I'm not deleting FileKicker from the play store because it's still kinda useful as a basic file browser, renamer, deleter, etc. Old description below.
