Sleep Cycles is a sleep cycle alarm clock for a healthy sleep. Helps you figure out the best time to sleep or wake up and set the alarm clock. With this app you can set an alarm to wake you up at the point when you will feel more refreshed. Every time you sleep, you enter into a series of sleep cycles that last for around 90 minutes.
