Now adding a scanner to a web application became as simple as adding a java script block to your page. This application registers a user to the IoT backbone. When one wishes to have a bar code scanned into the web page. Simply sign in to ScioTy and click on the Scan button. The app will validate the command is from a valid user, and then search for a bar-code to scan.
