There are no ads whatsoever. Set up a location based reminder to quit a bad habit. Example: Use your office location to remind you to cut down on smoking. Use a horrendous pic like that of damaged lungs to scare you. OR use the location of your favorite restaurant to remind you to not overeat. Use the pic of your favorite outfit to motivate you.
