TQueue Free for Twitter

A lightweight Twitter app that allows tweets to be queued when there is no data signal or when the signal is intermittent. The app will then send the queued tweets over a period of time in the background as soon as there is a suitable signal. Write your tweet, fire and forget. TQueue is designed as an adjunct to a fully featured Twitter app.
