Karate Katas - Form Routines

Fitivity gets you better. Looks like you're here to get better at Karate. This app features three Karate Katas for beginners, intermediate, and advanced athletes. Katas are used to evaluate one's form and technique. If one is able to master the routines then they are able to advance forward in the program to a more challenging Kata.
