QuietSpot

QuietSpot, an app for your Android device that recognizes your location, and turns the ringer off while your there, and turns it back on when you leave. Why can't my "smart"phone know where I am, and remember if I want it to be silent or vibrate at that location? Just as ly, why can't it remember to turn itself back to LOUD mode with a ringer when I leave?
