Watertrack PRO Module ELWIS

The excellent support of the WSV, we have succeeded to build an almost perfect module version " for Skippers". The development of this module took some time because we did not want to burden the server of WSV course. Thus, we have written an API that meets all the requests of our Water Track Skipper quickly and well.
